Booking information How to book There are three ways you can book tickets to Festival events. OnlinePurchase tickets online using your Visa or Mastercard. Click the 'tickets' button on the left, or here to go direct to the ticketing website. By Mail: Print a copy of our mail order booking form, and mail to:- Woodend Winter Arts Festival Bookings, P.O. Box 781, Woodend, 3442) Click here to download a copy of the Booking Form By Phone:Call 0447 570 327 between 9.00am and 5.00pm Tuesday to Saturday. (Credit card bookings accepted only) Please note that an additional $5 administration fee applies to all phone and mail bookings. All tickets booked by credit card directly through the internet or by phone will be emailed. Please ensure that you check your email and print out your tickets. Tickets will be mailed to patrons without email addresses. Bookings will be processed in strict order of receipt and the availability of tickets cannot be guaranteed. Box officeThe Festival Box Office will be located at the St Ambrose School Office in Templeton Street Woodend. The Box Office will operate only over the Festival weekend. Box Office hours:Friday 10 June 5:30pm to 8:00 pm Saturday 11 June 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm Sunday 12 June10:00 am to 5:30 pm, 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm Monday 13 June10:00 am to 2:00 pm Seating Reserved seatingSeating in St Ambrose Church is reserved so pre-booking is recommended to secure the best seats. General admissionApplies at all venues other than St Ambrose Church. Due to staging requirements it is not possible to book reserved seats in St Ambrose Hall in 2011. Ticket information CONCESSION TICKETS are available only to full-time students or pension/health-care card holders. Seniors card does NOT qualify for concession. CHILDREN’S TICKETS are available for persons 18 years and under. DOOR SALES: Tickets to most events will be available for sale at the Box Office over the Festival weekend, however many events have sold out in previous years, so pre-booking is recommended. FESTIVAL MUSIC PACKAGE: Purchase tickets for 6 concerts and receive a ticket to the 7th free (excludes opening night cabaret event). You can attend once performance of each concert at St Ambrose Church and Hall. If you wish to take advantage of this offer, please call our bookings line on 0447 570 327 for details. TICKET CONDITIONS: No refunds or exchanges will be given except those provided for in the Code of Practice for the Ticketing of Live entertainment in Australia. See below for general Terms and Conditions of entry. All transactions are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST. Duneira events TRANSPORT TO DUNEIRA: As there is little car parking available at Duneira, tickets to the events at this venue include free coach transport from Woodend. The Organ’s coach will depart from outside St Ambrose Church, 30 minutes before the commencement of the event. Tickets must be purchased either in advance, or at the Box Office before boarding the bus. Click on 'Print Tickets' to download a PDF file and reprint the tickets for the required booking. Forgotten passwordsIf you have forgotten the password for your account, go to the ticketing website http://tix.wwaf.org.au/ and follow the directions to submit a lost password request.
