The Festival reserves the right to vary,
substitute or withdraw advertised programs, speakers and seating arrangements.
The Festival may photograph the events for promotional use and the purchase of
a ticket grants the committee permission to use the photos taken for these
purposes. Patrons are responsible for their own safety and property. To the
extent permitted by law, you release the Woodend Winter Arts Festival from any
liability for any damage, loss, liability or injury you may suffer in relation
to your attendance at a venue, howsoever caused including due to any negligence
or other act or omission of the Woodend Winter Arts Festival. The Woodend
Winter Arts Festival is not liable to you for any claims, damages,
compensation, losses or expenses as a result of an event being cancelled,
