| Elizabeth Honey is an award-winning author of poetry,
picture books and novels. Her playful humour, originality and
energy strike a chord with children everywhere.
Elizabeth is also an artist and illustrates her own books.
Her two most recent books were both collaborations. Her novel
To the Boy in Berlin, was written with Heike Brandt, a
writer-translator in Berlin, and her picture book, I’m still
awake, still!, was written with musician-composer Sue
Johnson and has a CD at the back containing eight beautiful new
lullabies.
Elizabeth will talk about the fun of working together, and
answer the often-asked question “How did you write a book
together?”
